Pr\u016fzkum se t\u00fdkal rusk\u00e9 kupuj\u00edc\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00ed nemovitosti.<\/p>\n<p>Jsme hodnotili akci jako procento z po\u010dtu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, proto\u017ee tato hodnota je v\u00fdrazn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na zp\u016fsobu v\u00fdpo\u010dtu. Ukazatele pro konverzi se m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b v z\u00e1vislosti na tom, jak\u00e9 f\u00e1zi cesty prodeje jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za op\u011brn\u00fdmi. M\u00edsto toho jsme ocenili podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd \u00farove\u0148: kolikr\u00e1t konverze v dan\u00e9 zemi je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nebo ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br na sv\u011bt\u011b.
