Sulla scia di un centro commerciale O’Parinor un altro prestigioso immobile commerciale in Francia passa sotto il controllo degli investitori stranieri. L’hotel \u00abPu\u00bb (H\u00f4tel de Crillon) a Parigi, uno dei pi\u00f9 lussuosi del mondo, sar\u00e0 venduto catena di hotel JJW Hotels & Resorts.<\/p>\n
L’hotel \u00e8 situato in un elegante quartiere nel centro di Parigi, in place de la Concorde, vicino agli Champs Elys\u00e9es. Egli \u00e8 uno dei monumenti storici di Francia. L’edificio \u00e8 stato costruito nel 1758 come residenza reale per ordine del re Luigi XV. In seguito il palazzo fu catturato dai ribelli durante la rivoluzione Francese, e nel 1909 trasformato in hotel. Oggi \u00abPu\u00bb rientra nella categoria dei francesi \u00abpalazzi\u00bb e comprende 147 camere di lusso.<\/p>\n
L’attuale proprietario dell’hotel, societ\u00e0 di investimento internazionale Starwood Capital, ricever\u00e0 dalla vendita di struttura profitto pari a 250 milioni di euro. L’affare si terr\u00e0 dopo mesi di contenzioso tra Starwood Capital e JJW Hotels & Resorts.<\/p>\n
JJW, di cui possiede lo sceicco dell’Arabia Saudita Mohammed al Jaber, investe capitali in hotel, motel e pensioni di tutti i paesi del mondo. In precedenza la societ\u00e0 aveva gi\u00e0 tentato di acquistare \u00abPu\u00bb, ma l’operazione non ha avuto luogo, e nel mese di aprile di quest’anno il tribunale ha emesso la sentenza di risarcimento per le perdite subite Starwood Capital. Oggi JJW pronta a pagare Starwood Capital risarcimento pari a 100 milioni di euro, e spendere altri 100 milioni di per la riparazione dell’hotel.<\/p>\n
