Il tribunale dell’unione Europea ha invitato la Francia a risarcire i non residenti oneri sociali (contribution sociale g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, CSG e contribution au rimborso de la dette sociale, CRDS) nel mese di febbraio 2015, quando il precedente \u00e8 stato creato un cittadino dei paesi bassi. Alla fine di luglio, la corte Suprema amministrativa della Francia ha confermato questa decisione, riferisce il sito di Le Figaro.<\/p>\n
Oneri sociali stabiliti dalla legge di bilancio 2012. Il loro tasso pari al 15,5 %. Queste spese si aggiungono all’imposta sulle plusvalenze in caso di vendita di immobili, nonch\u00e9 all’imposta sul reddito da attivit\u00e0 lavorativa. I non residenti pagano oneri sociali, possono presentare ricorso per la restituzione dei fondi per l’ufficio delle imposte in luogo di registrazione in Francia fino al 31 dicembre 2015.<\/p>\n
