Near Disneyland Paris is building a Grand resort Villages Nature
6 km from Disneyland Paris and 32 km from Paris, in Val-d’europe, built a tremendous Ecocert — Villages Nature (“natural villages”). The project is in joint ownership of Euro Disney and the company Pierre & Vacances — Center Parcs, specializing in the organization of rest and rent of the tourist housing.

The resort is planned to build 1 730 housing units. Project cottages 54-88 m2 with 3-4 bedrooms decorated in three styles: Bulle (soft lines, relaxed atmosphere) Nature (rustic atmosphere, natural materials), and Clan (warm and bright tone, for families with children). Apartments size: 36-66 m2 with 2-3 bedrooms are designed in Bulle or Nature.

Investors who buy an apartment or cottage at Villages Nature and entered into a lease for 10 years, receive a guaranteed rate of return of 4% per annum. This returns 20% VAT paid upon acquisition. In addition, investors are given discounts Disney: 15 % on tickets, 15% on meals at restaurants and shopping in the boutiques, 20% on tickets for dinner with performances.
Construction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2016.
